That with most electrical contractors, you will talk to one person on the phone, then another person will come out to meet with you, then they will send out one or two men to perform the work. Usually those installers, unless they are the owner, are not licensed, the local law requires all workers to be supervised, and all work be inspected by the supervisor. You are paying top dollar to have a licensed individual to perform the work, and what you are getting is a non licensed person doing the install, many times they have less then five years experience in the field. Then who do you deal with if you have a problem?
